A safe place to live
When you look at her you may wonder how many Gm collin signature skin care treatments, she has had or what kind of subscription she has gone for at the city’s top class surgeons … but in any case the beauty is not silly but rather a fierce businesswoman. Ivanka Trump actually owns several properties including an apartment in Manhattan which she has just put up for sale with an amazing $4.1 million price tag - not bad for someone who is in her 30s. Ivanka is no bimbo. Unlike other heirs such as Paris Hilton who lives on doing nothing and has no other occupation apparently other that getting her pretty face photographed for all the hipsters to see what they should be wearing soon …
I looked into the real estate market and so it seems that one needs to pay just about above $1 million to get a decent flat in the Brooklyn area! This is quite an amount of money so I wonder what is the average income in a big city as New York. A friend of mine who lives there and works as an architect landscape seems to make a good living: he actually was able to buy himself a flat in his 30s which is just amazing and something I really admire. He's a self-made person which is very honorable.
My friend now envisages buying a mansion in Toronto as the city is popular with buyers from all over the world. He is French, from Normandy.
A multilingual and multicultural city Toronto has a healthy luxury real estate market. Perhaps that the Trump will invest money there, who knows? Let’s stop kidding.
Toronto is the largest city in Canada and has quite a reputation for their high quality of living as well as low crime, nice weather and interesting cultural life according to some brokers.
Nowadays Canada is so popular that foreign buyers were imposed a 15% tax in another major international city that is Vancouver. Thanks God this kind of regulation has not hit Toronto yet, hence many buyers turn towards that city rather than the other.
It appears that it's rather straightforward if one wishes to buy something there: as long as the individual has their money there it's rather easy - no need to be Canadian! This is rather handy. Process wise usually one has to pay a 10% deposit but this is 100% refundable if the project does not see the light.
