Oh, Jeez! When did the year pass by? We are almost two weeks away from Xmas and I still did not accomplish half of my 2017 resolutions. To be honest, I didn't really work that hard towards making them happening. This year I lacked the energy and strength I had before. Fighting my chronic fatigue is taking most of my time.
As for my brain fog, I don’t even dare to talk about it. I feel I am turning into someone else. I forget a lot of things. Important ones. For example, last week I went shopping and when I came out, I forgot where I had parked my car. I was completely lost in the parking lost. I could not remember my plate’s number nor the colour of my car.
Another time when I registered for afree fitness class Mississauga, I have gone all the way there just to realize that I had forgotten my exercising clothes at home.
A month ago, I was supposed to go in vacation with one of my friends in the Caribbean's. I packed my luggage, left the house and took a taxi towards the airport. When I arrived there, I noticed that I was missing my passport.
Needless to say that I lost my flight. By the time I went home, picked up my passport and returned to the airport, it was already too late. I could not make it in my time. My friend had to go without me, while I had to take the next available flight and pay extra money to change my ticket.
A few months back something similar happened to me. I had to go to Ottawa to the ministry of Global Affairs to authenticate some documents that I had to send abroad. You can imagine that I got there without having all of the documents that I needed to have authenticated. I had left the house in a hurry and forgot the file on the small table next to the entry door. I placed it there in order to put my shoes on, thinking that I will take it with me as soon as I was done with the lacets.
After I drove all the way to Ottawa and waited at the ministry for my turn for almost one hour, I discovered that I had only one page from the six documents I needed to have authenticated. Therefore I had to do a second trip to Ottawa and solve the problem with the rest of the documents.
